Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

iGlobal, a dynamic company, is seeking an proven quality assurance analyst with a minimum of 4 years experience.  Candidate must have experience developing, maintaining and executing automated and manual tests for unit, process, function, integration, regression and acceptance testing.  Great attention to detail is a must, as is flexibility to adapt to a dynamically changing work environment and an ability to assess risk. The candidate must have proven expertise in managing testing projects, schedules, tasks, and deliverables. Candidate must be able

to coach and mentor members of the team, helping them grow in their testing abilities, especially in their ability to provide solid test

plans. Additionally, the candidate must be able to negotiate with team members to work through scheduling/priority conflicts and

quality issues effectively. Must be the type of individual to take ownership in their work and strives to promote software and applications containing zero defects.

Requirements

• Experience managing a technical team.

• Strong experience with Manual Testing.
• Experience with developing regression testing plans.
• Must be familiar with .NET and Microsoft Team Foundation Server
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• College BS or BA in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Documentation and Release Management.
• Experience with  automated UI testing tools and implementing them is a plus. 
• Transportation industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with the Scrum development process is a plus
